Easter Day!

We had such a fun Easter Sunday. Unfortunately Emma had a cold, she still hung in there and had a good time. I love this picture of her on Sunday evening at our family Easter dinner.
More pictures are in the slide show below.

Moab

We took a fun trip to Moab for a few days this week. It is Derek's Spring Break so we went and saw the beautiful red rock and sites in Moab. It was lots of fun. Even though Emma has had a cold, she hung in there and had fun.

Emma's hit a new Milestone!!

WOOHOO!! We've been waiting for this day to come. Emma has finally learned to sit up on her own for minutes at a time. As of two days ago she could only sit for 20 seconds at a time. Yesterday was the day of the success!! It's funny because I was just telling people a couple days ago when Emma turned 6 months that she hasn't quite learned to sit up very long. Lo and behold she surprised us with her skill of sitting on her own. Oh, we are just SO excited and stoked. We're so proud of you Emma girl!

How old is EMMA??!!!......

..."I am 6 months old today??"
We just can't believe how much time flies and that Emma is half way to being one years old. She is so precious. She is SO much fun and we are seeing more of her personality shine through. I took some pictures of her today in her activity center that she's grown to really enjoy. She was being WAY too cute. We love you Emma girl.
Here are a few pictures taken of her the last few days as well as today. Two words, CUTIE PUTOOTIE!!

-"Playing with my baby wipes"

"hmm...I think I might be teething"
"I'm just SO excited!!"
"Mommy, give me that camera."

More Emma Jane frames....

Well, here are some more of the name shadow box frames I've been able to make for some orders I've had in the last two weeks. It's been fun making them and I'm learning more and more. I was a little nervous making boy frames but they actually turned out pretty good. The one on the top is actually a framed piece of a quilt that my great Grandma Vance had made and all the kids in our family got a square out of her quilt. It's very sentimental to me.
