An hour and a half in our kitchen.

This may not be the most exciting post in the world for most of you. I've been wanting to play with time lapse photography for a while and made my first one today. It's just 90 minutes in our kitchen shrunk down to thirty seconds. You can see me doing some cleaning, Mandy getting a drink and washing Emma's hands, and Mandy getting some lunch. Everytime I watch it I see something else, like the fish swimming constantly, the ketchup dripping in the bottle, and the moisture on the counter evaporating.

update...

Yes, we are PREGNANT! Sorry it has taken me soooo long to update the baby #2 info. This ultra sound was taken at 7 weeks so this little 'heaver' has grown much since then. I am now 11 weeks and definitely still in the very much NAUSEOUS stage. I was nauseous with Emma, but either I've forgotten or I feel worse with this one because I now keep up with a little toddler. But it will pass...probably in the next 4 weeks or so.
We are so thrilled! I'm still getting used to the idea that we're going to have a second child. It may sound bad, but I sometimes forget, then the nausea and heavy violent dry heaving episodes come and it reminds me. Is that normal to kind of forget toward the beginning after your first? I didn't forget when I was pregnant with Emma because she was our first...it's all I could think about.
Emma is going to be such a great big sister. We talk to her about it quite a bit. She's so sweet when I have my violent dry heaving episodes, she'll rub my arm. Then a minute or so later she'll immitate me and make dry heaving noises. It's hilarious.
We're excited for you to come baby Frazier #2

Yes, Emma went poop in the potty this week. Just the one time though. Sorry if this picture makes anyone want to gag, but I just had to share our joys with you. :)

Emma's big girl bed and other big girl attempts....

Here's her first night in big girl bed.

Last weekend Emma fell out of her crib for the first and last time. So she moved into her big girl bed that night.

Each night since she's been getting that much better and getting more used to the change.
Here we were last night reading in her bed.

I put her in today for her nap and snuck up to her door to find her reading her books to herself. I just had to get a picture. :)
I'd say she's doing pretty good with the change.

Emma also got her 'big girl' potty. She hasn't actually 'gone' inside the potty but she has fun with the idea of sitting on it and grabbing toilet paper to pretend to wipe herself...along with wiping up the floor. Seriously, if anyone has good advice of how to start potty training and what you found to be effective I would appreciate the tips :) I'll be honest, kind of overwhelming. Isn't she so cute sitting so proud on her big girl potty? I think so.

Emma and Ethan

Another one of Emma's dear friends Ethan moved last week. The Ure's are great friends of ours and we are going to miss them SO much. We had them over for dinner last week before they moved. We had ourselves a great time! Especially Ethan and Emma :) hahahha

They had fun playing footsie under the table and were laughing the whole time during dinner. Cute little munchkins!
I made little baby Susie Ure a shadow box. It was fun making it for her.
Ok...can these kids get any cuter? They were so sweet and funny to each other. They are going to miss each other :) Luckily they only moved to Salt Lake

"We're at the barnyard....there was a cow outside"

We went with some good friends, the Ure's and Golden's to the barn at Thanksgiving Point. We had a blast as usual. There were some fun new little fluffy farm animals that weren't there the last time we went a couple months. LOVED it. Emma especially had fun playing with her friends Ethan and Brooke.

You might be asking yourself, "What on earth is Derek doing?" He is milking a cow ladies and gentlemen. Don't run into that opportunity too often. When we first got there they brought a cow inside to get milked. What a treat!
Emma had fun feeding the cute little calf...look closely he's smiling at her. Have you ever seen such funny teeth..I couldn't stop laughing at his smile.

Emma feeding the other little cow.

The little foal (baby horse) kept eating and licking Derek's arm.
Emma enjoyed watching the calf drink from his 'baba' (in the words of Emma) as she watches him suck the life out of that bottle.

Brooke and her Daddy on the horsey ride

Emma enjoying herself. She kept saying, "neigh"

Ethan had a love hate relationship going on with these cute horses. He wanted to ride them SO bad but when the time came to hop on and giddyup, he wasn't as much of a fan. He still loved those horses though.

Here's Brooke again :)

Emma has been climbing EVERYTHING lately. Here are her and Ethan wanting to get in and play with the cows.
Isn't this little gal the cutest little munchkin? Her name is Susan, Ethans little sister. I just love her.

Here's Seth and Derek taking the kids on the wagon ride..they loved it

After all the fun and excitement of petting the animals we treated ourselves to a YUMMY banana split at the cute ice cream parlor at Thanksgiving Point.
